Slug Book Cover

This was a live brief set by Little Brown Books to design a cover for the poet Hollie McNish’s new book called ‘Slug And Other Things I’ve been told to hate’. I took an illustrative approach, drawing my own typography to create a unique composition. Within the illustration I added a rough texture to mimic one similar to a slugs trail.
